Coyote Hill park route
這是一條老的路線加上新轉折,我跑過Coyote Hill的頂峰。再轉回海邊跑海堤(以前有多次 Blog 記錄了). Coyote Hill 還蠻陡的, 只是坡不長. 路線總長度16miles, 跑兩小時40分. 這是上次跑Skyline to the Sea 50K之後第一次長練. (兩週後) 恢復差不多了.
