跑了兩小時多一點, 11.94 miles. 太快按下STOP鈕. 按完後才想到要跑到停車處, 一定可以破12 miles.
跑完回家洗澡, 剛洗完出來發現水聲怎麼不會停?才發現外面又下大雨了. 真是老天借我幾小時運動.
